Being a college student, it is so easy to fall in the the convenience of fast food, and avoid your own cooking. When I lived at home I took for granted my mothers amazing real home cooking ( I hate to say she told me so).So I have started to take control of what I eat again, and began reading ingredients in many of the products I buy. I honestly have to say it is HORRIBLE what we consumers ignorantly buy and consume. I realized that almost everything you find in your local grocery contains ingredients and chemicals that are harmful to our bodies. So here is to the saying “You are what you eat!”
